Mark started at Bates-Wells while attending Texas Tech in 1975. Now, 46 Years later he and his wife Roni are owners of the company and still going strong! He loves spending time with family and grandchildren and working with his many customers.

Britt makes sure everything is rocking and rolling, most of the time even late into the night. If it is happening at Bates-Wells you know Britt is involved! She is a Girl Mom to Kadence and Kylinn! When she is not at work you will find her supporting her girl’s passion…. Dance, or enjoying some fresh air hiking! Her persistence and courage is what landed her the nomination as a Rising Star of the Promotional Products Association International (our industry association) which is a huge personal and industry accomplishment.

With 17 years experience in sales & marketing with a proven track record of achievement, she enjoys new challenges and building strong relationships. April loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. On her days off you can find her on the golf course or hanging next to the pool.
